Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above, industry or investment background preferred;
• 5+ years of experience in investment/investment banking/consulting/accounting and related fields, with excellent project execution and team management capabilities, accumulated experience in multiple private equity financing or M&A cases, and deep involvement in at least 1-2 cutting-edge flagship project investment and financing matters; outstanding candidates may be considered with slightly less work experience;
• Possess professional knowledge in 1-2 domains, familiar with the frontier technologies, industry development, and market prospects in the relevant field, understand the supporting industry policies, and have a systematic understanding of the market and industry development; priority will be given to those who have published 1-2 influential industry research reports in a certain vertical field;
• Have deep industry connections, project resources, and investor resources in at least one vertical industry;
• Strong self-drive, deep industry insights, systematic thinking capability, industry analysis ability, and business negotiation skills, with excellent teamwork spirit.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferred background in science and engineering composite majors, prior experience in VC/PE or FA is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and logical abilities. Have a deep understanding of business, passion for the venture capital industry, and good team collaboration spirit.
• Possesses basic knowledge of primary market financing, experience in project process management, complete project execution experience is preferred.
• In-depth professional knowledge in a specific subdivision field, systematic understanding of cutting-edge technology, industry, and market within that field, familiarity with relevant national industrial policies, and good industrial judgment and industry insight.
